I have a diploma in supervision from Relational Change. In my practice as a supervisor I emphasize the relational aspect of supervision, including the client, psychotherapist/counsellor and the wider context. This includes taking account of power dynamics and differences.

I aim to support the psychotherapist/counsellor in developing their strengths whilst offering essential gatekeeping and educational functions to ensure the highest standards of practice.
