Supervision can provide an opportunity for psychotherapists and counsellors to develop their professional competence in service of their clients. As a supervisor, I am interested in supporting psychotherapists and counsellors to reflect, develop and grow professionally. My training in supervision allies with my personal values that change and growth for client and supervisee are relationally and contextually based.
